Microbiology
Our technical expertise and state-of-the-art microbiology lab allows us to detect, identify and enumerate the presence of pathogens, bacteria, yeasts and molds accurately and in a timely manner. We utilize Genetic Detection Systems to quickly determine the presence of pathogens such as Salmonella, Listeria, and E. coli 0157:H7. We offer 24 hour turnaround of Total Plate Counts, Total Coliform, E. coli, Enterobacteriacea, and Staph aureus.
We offer both product as well as product contact surface testing.
