Morgan grew up in Deadwood, South Dakota, and earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Dakota Wesleyan University in Mitchell, South Dakota. She joined the FAL team in 2026 and admires the autonomy FAL gives its employees, along with the expectation that every team member brings something innovative to the table. Outside of the lab, Morgan loves anything and everything involving horses. Fun fact? She had the honor of serving as a flag girl at the National Finals Rodeo in 2019 and 2021!
